WRONG INFORMATION CAPTURED

I filled out the application form and the assistant at Brooklyn mall captured the incorrect information. I am now held responsible to rectify the mistake. Is it too much to have some verification mechanism in place? They could also have the decency to contact me to rectify the mistake.

Now even after compliance with the e-tag, I will still pay the non-registered fee.

Incompetent!!!
