I have moved from a rental in November 2012 and since then I still have not received my deposit. There was no damage to the rental. Firstly I had to phone to find out I need to apply for NRE to pay me back my deposit - since when does it work like this??? I am obliged to pay a deposit immediately but I need to apply to get my deposit back.??? Secondly, in my life I have never experienced such rude and unhelpfull staff as at NRE. They simply just don't care. If you can avoid NRE, try to do so at all cost!
