My family and I had the pleasure of applying for SA passports at the PMB Home affairs 2 weeks ago. I am not sure of her name but we were attended to by a very pleasant black lady who was not only efficient and helpful but smiled the whole way through. It was all together a much more pleasant experience than any of us were expecting. thank you.
