The Department of Home Affairs in Edenvale is the fastest and most efficient home affairs branch in Johannesburg, I am convinced.
It is clean and light, making waiting a much easier task even if we never have to wait that long anyway. The staff is fast and efficient, turnaround times are exceptional and I have never been approached by an 'agent' wanting to "queue for me" unlike at other branches where they cause major upset with this type of operation.
