Yesterday I went to the counsil at 8H00 and spoke to Marlon King. He told me that I'm in arrears, he worked that out by looking at the amount payable and subtracting the amount that I had paid, he did not take into consideration that there is another two payments of R1500 each that does not reflect on the account. Just to keep him happy and because I really didn't have time to teach someone something as simple as reading a statement or even something more simple like reading the date on a proof of payment I went downstairs and paid an extra R600. It is now 15H44 and my power is still not on. It is common knowledge that Boksburg municipality is the worst municipality in South Africa with the most incompetent people, is it really necessary to proof that to the public every day. It is now 07H15 a day later and MY POWER IS STILL NOT ON
