On the 29th Jan 2013 i went to the Home Affairs to request a copy of my son's birth certificate, i was their for 2hours waiting for a certificate which i had to pay R20.00 for. You wait so long as if this thing is for FREE. The staff has no hurry what so ever they could not be bothered with what is going on their, i had to wait for 2hours with my disabled son in his wheelchair he was frastrated but do you think the staff their could care less.
