I applied for an unabridged birth certificate during December 2012 for my son. After many visits to the Edenvale Branch I was told to call the call centre. I call them once a week but all that I am told is that the "application hasn't been finalised". They cannot indicate how long the process will still take and they avoid any questions that I have.
What do we do???
