Pure bad service again from Government

I dont know if all government employees are born from the same mother. i have been trying to get hold of Nandipha Mohobo for 2days. i have been waiting for a letter from here for a whole and and now her cell phone is off, and the call centre will not give me her direct line nor does the switchboard answer the phone. its been 70months since my mother has been waiting for her pension money. old mutual will not release it until they get a proper letter from the government with the break down of the funds. Nandipha has appereanlty been sendint the letter yet we havent received it. the initial letter was typed which was unapporopriate as it didnt even have any amounts or the breakdown. im even thinking of taking our complained to the newspapers. 7months without income is rubish
