Hi - kudos to Sassa at Midrand. Took my mom to get her new pension card (she is 94). Premises inside and out very clean. Staff all very helpful, efficient and respectful. From the lady who sits at the front door to all the others we dealt with. Went out of their way to assist us and make sure my mother did not have to wait around too long.
