SARS eFiling is terrible

SARS eFiling is basically a nightmare. Here are two examples:

1) Their form's bank details section asked for my name as it appears on my bank account. I gave it; it starts with "Mr". Having phoned SARS to find out about something else, they tell me that a payment is blocked because their system doesn't like "Mr" at the start, and I have to go to a branch with a load of documentation, just to remove "Mr" from this name.

2) Having phoned to get a human being to talk me through submitting my tax return online, she said I only had to upload my IRP5 and my return would go through. I do this, and phone back the next day to see if it's all okay. The new person tells me I had to also submit my medical aid certificate. I ask if there's a mechanism for submitting the document separately. There is: I have to go to a branch with a load of documentation; I can't just upload it to the site.

The guys who made the site have no idea what they're doing. Fix these idiocies, please.
