Lack of service delivery over a 2day period!!

We've been in this line since 6am, 7 hours later we're still waiting and all to change a pin on a SASSA atm card. Why is our system failing us so much?? A security guard comes back at intervals to count 20 people and direct them to where they MAY get assistance, or sent home with no explanation and told to come back next week or whenever. I've seen A wheel chair confined clerk who I've discovered is helping ALL atm card related queries ALONE! Why? Why? Why? SASSA, I'm highly disappointed in your lack of system. What happened to the Batho Pele principles? This definitely isn't on and I'm here to help my 66 year old granny who is mentally challenged. Being here has turned into a nightmare. Mothers with babies, disabled, elder citizens are being treated like their existence is a nuisance to the employees of this office. What happened to all south African citizens being equal and having rights, just as any other able bodied citizen. What I'm seeing here is disgusting
