NON-RESOLUTION OF CONTRACT DISPUTE

I have been in a contractual dispute over completed contract works in Kempton Park since September 2011 and Ekurhuleni Municipality is refusing and failing to adhere to the contract conditions in terms of contractual dispute resolution mechanism. As a result Kgorong Technical Services cannot submit the final payment claims. The actions of the responsible Ekurhuleni officials Philip du Plessis, Molahlehi Marate and Khaya Ngema, and Abe Thela of Nyeleti Consulting (agent of Ekurhuleni Municipality) are mala fides and unlawful.

Our bank accounts are being attached and executed as result of this dispute and Kgorong cannot continue with its normal business operations.
