We went to sassa offices in the morning 2 jan 2013 and we were treated in an unfriendly, hostile female lady, who gave us information bit by bit and she just enjoyed sending everyone home. She told us that we have to call sassa customer centre to get answer we had all the required documents to renew grant for the child. We spend the entire day at their office. She was not helpful at all I need contact numbers for area manager we don't deserve that kind of treatment
