Appalling service from one of the agents tonight

It took me 45 minutes from 4:30 to log a call earlier today. But I did it willingly and pleasantly using my cell phone bill. I called back at 7:00 to check on what was going on, taking another 45 minutes to get through to a rather rude lady who clearly has no clue about the grids. When I explained that a technician in Fairlands could not possibly be attending to the situation in my suburb, she gave me real attitude. When I insisted she check my ticket, she then said that no one had been dispatched to our specific suburb. Unacceptable. Takes lot to make me lose my rag and swear, but she got me doing just that.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold. 15 minutes later still listening to appalling music...

Just want to post. I guess at this stage I don't expect any feedback. That would be asking too much. I would however like to ask that I get a refund like Telkom does when I have no service. Wouldn't that make them sit up...
