Try phoning one of these numbers and tell me if you get through.. Don't tell me that they are so busy becuase I tried for 2 weeks. Surely 11 numbers can't all be busy for 2 weeks. Were the cables, are they on holiday, lunch or simply don't feel like answering?? I had a simple balance inquery SO I HAD TO GET INTO MY CAR AND DRIVE THERE. USE R50.00 FUEL. I can't do that every time.. Phone vosloosrus, they answer everytime??? They are friendly.. Upon my visit today, the people in accounts where not that busy and definately not very friendly.. Do we owe them something because they work for the government. Really it doesn't take much to smile and be friendly?? Pretend that you are happy working and not like it seems that you are forced to be there?? Try these numbers and good luck, might be better luck next year.
