Why even bother to work there? Where is the Batho-Pele principles? I am sick and tired of coming there. I have been going up and down from May up until today. When we call your offices nobody bothers to answer at some point the phone will be picked up but nobody will talk and then you'll have to hang up eventually. This is sick your system is failing us big time.
