I went to collect my license card, when I got she was not in her office then I asked her collegue her where about, when they returned they informed that she was closed. I did not understand as time was only 15:25 and department only closed 16:00. Then I asked to see her they took me to her and I found her standing at the notice board. When I tried to talk her she just ignore me and kept talking to her other collegue and ignored me. I stood there waiting for then eventually she asked for and dragged her feed to her office. She took my card out and asked me to give her my temporary license. I told her did not have it and I was informed dat I only needed my identity book. Then she told dat she can't help u could see she was just looking for an excuse to chase me away, then I went to my car to see if it was there. I did not find it there I went to see if there anything she could do to help. Then I found outside her office with my documents in her hands she just me that she was unable to help the she went to her car with my document and told me to come the next day. I told her I would not be able to come back as I had to go to work. She was not interested she just wanted to go home.
