On trying to apply for a Traffic Register Number I was told the Boksburg Department, never have and never will issue me with one. I was then told to go to the Germiston Office; who helped me with paperwork, told me what I needed to do and gave me the application but informed me I need to submit it back in Boksburg as that is where I reside.
Back to Boksburg... to be told no they will not assist as they do not do it - I got told to go to see the Director in Bedfordview who said Boksburg MUST help.
Back to Boksburg... Nothing... I was then told I have to go back to England get my license there and then come back to SA and try again... I live in South Africa and have done so for the past 4 years... Then I was told if I buy a car, they will then issue my register number??? But I want to do my learners license. This has now been going on for weeks .. Nobody will give me an answer, not a single person in the Boksburg licensing department know whats going on. They have sent me all over the east rand and every other department I have spoken to all direct me back to Boksburg.
Please can someone assist me in getting this sorted!
