Pre-termination notice put on my gate 4 days, dated a week ago, in an attempt tp resolve, I was on hold for I don't know how long, while the call centre agent tried to log onto the slow system, and then when I requested statements was told everything was down, the web, the email, and was put on hold for another long while!!! I am still on the phone waiting listening to the pre recorded music. frustrated and very annoyed
