Poor service on help email and LONG wait on calls

Hi

Whenever, twice a year when you do need help it is slow or non existent. Try to get hold of anyone on the phone is extremely slow. Then you try their Service email... Not sure why they have a [Email Removed] email when all you get is an automated response, promising a call within 24 hours. Still waiting after email after email...
