The lady swiped my card for an amount of R354.00 and thereafter said that the full amount didn't go through, I have to pay another amount of R 117.00, so I did... when i checked my statement both the amounts went through on my card, i went to the centurion office with all the receipts and the lady said someone will get back to me on this, that was on the 23/11/13, to date i haven't heard from them nor was the amount of R117.00 credited to my account. each time I call them they say we'll call you back, but in vain... please help
