My rates were behind-long storie and they send me a bill with the whole years account that was in arrear, we bought the house last year and battle to get the rates onto my name, so I start paying it of but the second month without any notice they came and cut of my water, BUT not just so that there is a little drip at the tap, it was of completely. So I went in to Tshwane the Thursday morning around 11 o'clock and I have been there till 4 o clock and they couldn't help me and all that they said is we closing now come back tomorrow. I was very upset went back Friday morning 7 o clock, the one lady helped me and at the end I had to pay a big deposit and she PROMISED ME (her name was Ilze) that her colleges will transfer the credit of the one account to this outstanding account and it is a month later nothing has been done, I did send her already 2 emails ([email protected]) and no replay yet, I could see that she did received it, and NOW MY WATER HAS BEEN CUT OFF FOR A SECOND TIME AND THIS ON A FRIDAY AFTER HOURS, and it is Because they didn't do there job as they said they will do.
