On a thursday afternoon around 5:00pm (31 Jan 2013) a friend and I went into KFC restaurant in Tshwane Atlynmall, where we purchased a burger tower meal which came with coke as well as a mint avalanche. As I ate, I decided to have a glass of water of which I asked for from one of the staff by the name of Juliva or Juvali (not sure about name). Her attitude was okay, but not what she said. She said she couldn't offer me a glass of water, unless I bought bottled water. She mentioned that was their policy, even if I had bought food at their restaurant, a glass of water they couldn't and wouldn't give. She reffered me to the toilet tap where I could get some water from, but she couldn't give me any. Needless to say, I had to fetch water from the toilet baisin.
I couldn't understand why this is or was. Absolutely atrocious service!
