Our power has been off since Saturday the 30th Of November, been trying to report the fault for 2 days. Same story, at one point I held on for over an hour before giving up. Eventually got through on the 2nd of December, only to have the call center agent put the phone down on me. This is really terrible service, but what can you expect from the ANC. Yet, if you don't pay your bill they are quick to want to cut your electricity!!!
