No electricity

Paid my account in full and no power then received a text message informing me I have to pay another R1327.00 that's only due for next month (November) nevertheless paid that also and still no conection of my electricity!! Phoned numerous times and NO one can assist me!? connection center does not answer!! Was on hold for 1 hour 38 mins!!! RIDICULOUS
