I submit my meter readings every month but this month someone did not know how to type correctly. they are charging me an extra 300kw of electricity just because someone could not type out 93688 and typed out 93998.
how is this my problem? now i am being billed for the extra kw. i tried calling to rectify this but i was just transferred from end to end and no1 could be of any assistance.
