I live in Bettys Bay and use Clarence Drive every single day and i would just like to know who I can contact with regards to the workers that work on that road everyday... is it the same team or which municipality?
They keep that road impeccable and clear of rocks, which makes it safe for people like me to drive on everyday. There is not a day that goes by that i dont drive along and see them working hard, sometimes in extreme weather and we just take it for granted. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I would love to drop off some biscuits and coke or something as a token of my appreciation as i honestly think this small group of people are overlooked. With the floods that have hit recently they worked tirelessly to clear that road and it was such a pleasure to drive on in such a short time it took them to clear it away.
I just have to add here that this team of guys do fantastic work and when there are rockfalls the night before (i get home late) i know that when i drive through early in the morning the rocks will be cleared and it will be safe to drive along.
