Last year i was charged a deposit of R 2 600 on my account and when i queried that i was told that my deposit was too less, then again in October 2013 I was charged another deposit and was told that my consumption is too high which i disagree as I dont have extra things in my house that requires lots of Electricity. I then visited the Municipal Offices in Durban the consultant told me about Consumption being high i the requested to talk to a Senior person, the called Deputy Head by the name of Thobeka Ndwandwe who ddnt even bother to come to me, I waited for her for more than 30 minutes until I decided to leave as I was rushing to work, I sent her an email on the very same day and she never responded, I feel that The Ethekwini is making money out of me and am being ROBBED as the deputy head of customer service ddnt even make time to look at my query. I would like the Municipality to show me how the Consumptions is measured (billed)... ANGRY CUSTOMER
