Poor service from Ethekwini Municipality

We ended our municipal water and lights account back in March as we relocated to Cape Town. Still until now we did not received our deposit back. When contacted them on 031-3245000 my call was cut after holding on for more than 30 minutes. Poor service!!! I want my DEPOSIT back!!!
