SPENT TWO DAYS TRYING TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT!

I've been trying to get hold of someone at the Dept of Labour to get a Letter of Goodstanding for COIDA.I've been trying to get hold of someone since 7:30 yesterday morning until 4pm, I am on the phone now still waiting to speak to a consultant. I've tried calling 8 different numbers and emailed this department as well as the manager. I'm sure if i go to this department, people are outside smoking or just sitting around. My phone bill is running up and no one has assisted me. Why do they have so many contact numbers and insist you phone in but no one answers the phone. While waiting someone picks up then puts the phone down.
