I have sent in a registration to register a company for Workmans Compensation last year October & to date the company still hasn't been registered.
Today i have followed up after numerous other follow ups and requested to speak to a Team Leader or for them to put me through to the Registering Department but instead after waiting 50 minutes the phone was put down.
i have emailed the [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] numerous times asking if the company has been registered and also stating that there phone lines are always engaged but to date i have had no response.
This is very frustrating so can you please improve your service & get your staff to act professional and do more work because they always laughing in the back ground or put the phone down.
