Over 30 mins waiting on the phone still no answe

Shocking service.
I have been trying for 2 days, called all the numbers for all areas I can find and no answer from the department of labour ANYWHERE.

I have been on hold for 30 mins as we speak.

Is anyone accountable and what are they getting paid to do.

So sad.
