I submitted my complaint to NCC on the 19 January 2012 to date I don't know what is going on. When I call their land line I got cut before I'm transferred to the relevant person because of the long queuing system that takes forever. When I complained about the whole service in this organization I was told that their service is good and they've been helping people for years. Funny they haven't helped me to date to date contrary to what they are claiming. I used to make a call and call personally in their offices but in vain. I was in Pretoria then and I left Pretoria because my work contract came to an end and I was forced to go back home. I'm unable to call nor call there personally. I'm in the Eastern Cape now. People I used to contact at NCC are Vumisa Ndlovu, Ms Mdluli and Joseph the conciliator.
I'm in a predicament situation as the whole year and two months has gone by without solving this issue. I'm requesting your prompt assistance. I'm also loosing it health wise because of this. I trust that HelloPeter will come back to me soonest. Thank you in advance.
