3 Months and still no PTY Director change!

I paid TaxCorp on 6th August 2013 for a Shelf PTY. The documents for change of directors was lodged shortly after. Then I received forms back and they only changed the address and not the Director. Now it's been 3 months and still I do not have the PTY. I have goods that have arrived in SA and I'm being charged storage every single day until I get my PTY and my importers code. I am losing money as I cannot take orders or open a bank account.
This has been the worst experience ever and I am losing money daily. My business may not survive another month if I do not get my PTY docs.

Please help!
