CLEARANCE OF MY ACCOUNT AND CREDITING OF IT
On the 17th of July 2012 I paid 150 I the account of CIPC for my Customer code which I misspelled it. I used Mokoe instead of Diboko. I have tried endlessly to get assistance from CIPC to clear the amount and credit it to my customer code but to date nothing has happened. I even copied the Director-General's mails address but to date I have been ignored. I was requested to send a written request, id copy and proof of payment but all that was to no use as I still haven't got any assistance hence I am writing on the Hello Peter wall. I also wanted CIPC to explain the -200 on my customer code but they have since failed to do that. I request that my account be credited with the 150 plus 100 plus 150 deposits which I made on 17 July 2012, May 2013 and June 2013. I am utterly frustrated with this uncaring and poor service I experienced. I demand that this be resolved by 14 June 2013.
