Today i called the department of education that deals with FET related queries. the guy that was assisting was extremely rude. i mean they get paid to help us but they treat us like fools. there was absolutely no need for him to behave that way coz all i wanted to know was whether my certificate is ready for me to collect it. it's not the first i've experienced this kind of Attitude from him. last time i drove to PTA looking for my certificate he gave me the same attitude told me they've sent my certificate to the college when they did not. You guys are geting paid to help us. So please just do what you are paid for. I am tired of this
