I graduated in march this year and all graduates didn't get certificate for my department and others on that day; they told us to collect them in a week or two week; then we went there but mine the names were misspelled and they told me to check in a week then when I go certificate was not ready I keep on calling and they told me that is not ready yet till today I went there to check and they said they will call me back; now I graduated and don't have a prove that I have been studying with Jeppe College; im so disappointed even my Mother and sisters; what can I do to get my certificate; I lost hope but I need it; Elias please help me as I have been trying; I went to JHB offices last week and then I spoke to Mbali she told me that certificate is not ready they will call me when its ready; I mean how long it can take Institution to correct a name; this is not good at all; I mean I don't even owe a cent but I cannot get what I have paid for; I don't know what to tell people when they ask me where did I study and how is it operating; I don't have answer to those questions;
