On the 20th of December 2011 at after 9 am I went to the parow municipal building regarding a complaint I had concerning the trees that is situated infront of our house. I explained to the lady (patricia lewis) that the threes is causing our fence to shift out of place and it has gone as far as our front porch wich is lifting our porch wich is causing it to crack at that time we wanted to replace our fence but up until now we cannot do so cause the trees has still not been removed as it will do the same thing with our new fence. Patricia said she would pass it on to a inspector that will come and the matter .when doing a follow up patricia got defensive and said she did what she was suppose to do and gave me a very bad attitude I explained to her that the motto of city of cape is: this city works for you, but I'm working for the city while paying the city but this is what I get in return if people like patricia don't have the passion to help people then they shudnt be in a position like this, rather give it to someone that is willing to take responsabilty and own up to it while helping the next person. Up till now the trees havnt been removed.
