Appauling service

I called 112 and they transferred me to the 10111 call center, the lady i spoke to a lady by the name of Mathapelo who did not want to give out her details i might add.

I advised that i called in to check how far the police are since we logged a request for a Police Van to be sent out because a colleague had been assaulted by a taxi driver and wanted to lay charges, the lady i spoke to was very rude and had no human touch at all. The level of service received was appauling.

Finally the cops came but 10111 call center needs to sort themselves out.
