Shocking Service from CIPC

In my life I have never experienced such bad service. I thought SARS was a nightmare, CIPC you take the cake. I have not once had someone at the call centre answer my phone call, I have been trying to get through to someone there since 6 January to no avail. I managed to get hold of Petro who told me to re-send documents which I did and to date have had no feedback from her regarding the process after she promised to follow up for me. I managed to get through to a Vuyani, who also promised to phone me back, I am still waiting. They don't answer their phones, their message boxes are full and they fail to respond to e-mails. I am utterly disappointed as there is no way for me to check the progress of my query...
