2nd disconnection on my pre paid mete

Tshwane contractors have made it a habit of disconnecting my electricity. This is now for the second time. I have long switched to prepaid electricity to avoid the adhoc bills they used to issue and now they resorted to disconnnecting my prepaid I don't understand these people. Can someone please get these people to stop inconveniencing me like this. It is so disruptive and unfair on my family
