CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE THERE IS NONE!!!

Have been battling for 2 years to get payment for towing services rendered. We left vehicles at the SAPS station.
Have been tollerant but now it is not funny. Reported to Brig. who then forwarded to the Capt. I have been phoning and get informed that the people who are supposed to arrange that payment is done do not seem to care. It seems to be a case of each for himself and to with the rest. I just want payment I asked must I go
threaten them and was told do it!!!

I do not have this problem with the Pudimoe Garage their invoices are paid promptly.
