Why no feedback? Case nr NCC/11/13/BRONKHORST/3163

On the 12th November 2013 i received an email from Mathagu Livhuwani Lance stating that the matter has been referred to MTN for them to reply and that they have until 22 November to reply.

There has since been no feedback from anyone.

Is the consumer commission perhaps being bribed by MTN. Two months later no feedback, no decision, no nothing!?!?!?!

Means we the consumers can be messed up by the big companies and nothign about it?
