I took a case to consumer protection regarding a vehicle I bought that had a false km reading.it was turned back with 60 000km. I only found out after the car broke down in july 2012 and its still standing. After numerous investigations the dealer still denied anything regarding it although I have all the evidence on paper. The consumer protection phoned me an said that they cannot go further with the case and I had no choice but to let it go, so my question is " what to do now? " The car is still standing at the garage where it was towed to and in the meantime I must still pay the payments for something I don't have just to keep a good relation with my bank and in the end they financed it.
