My vehicle was deregistered by mistake

Midrand licence department deregistered my vehicle "by mistake-as they say"while i went there to do a change of ownership. i had a personalised number plate and that was affected by the deregistering. i am being told stories by the lady who did that mistake "Mpume" and her supervisor "Nkele". They are unable to activate my personalised number plate and told me it will only be active after 5 yrs and for now i will have to get a new number. I NEED MY PERSONALISED NUMBER PLATE BACK cz i have paid lot of money for it!!!
