I post a complaint regarding this Company in October and due to no response I lodged a complaint through the Consumer Protection Board and still this Company fails to respond. Today a conference call was held between Vukani (consumer protection board) and Rita Attunes and myself. The lady pretended she didnt know about responding to the consumer protection board and she was debating why KZN consumer protection official is contacting her when she is in Gauteng-what was the point of that! And 5minutes after we ended the call luis attunes calls me and starts swearing me so I cut the call and now hes called twice more even though the Consumer Protection official emailed him to refrain from that kind of behaviour. What kind of people are Luis and Rita Attunes? How can they run a business with no respect or morals and values?
