On the 6/08/2013 we sent a Warrant for Delivery of Goods to the Sheriff of Soshanguve. We tried following up in August & September but was only advised that the deputy is still busy with it. On 12/09/2013 I lodged a complaint with the Board of Sheriffs advising them of my dissatisfaction with the way their office is handling our matter but received no response in return. On 9/10 Mr Dikgacwi replied and apologised for the delay as Mr Tshotyane had since left their employ. On 14/10/2013 only did they send out a formal letter to the sheriff (more than a month after my complaint) giving him 21 days to reply! On 6/11/2013 I emailed Brenda Goniwe to inquire if the sheriff responded, she never came back to me. On 19/11/2013 they provided me with copies of the sheriffs returns which of course is a non-service as the Sheriff only made 1 attempt (there should at least be 3 attempts of which 1 must be after hours) and giving the following reason: THE GIVEN ADDRESS IS A TWO BEDROOMED HOUSE AND THERE IS NO SIGN THAT THERE IS A VEHICLE OR IF PEOPLE RESIDE THERE. The sheriff invoiced us an amount of R1159.38 for this return. We have also still not received our original documents with returns.
