On 13 March 2013, i delivered the notice to divorce papers at the sheriff's office, paid my money and was told that the papers will be deliverd to my estranged husband withing a week. it is now a month later and the papers are still not delivered. it is not as if its difficult to get to the address for delivery, because he (sheriff) has to pass there everyday to and from work.
my divorce will be postponed due to this.
