I called Bellville office three weeks mentioning that my father (Adam Small) has been to your offices 4 times and every time someone says he needs different papers.
I eventually got hold of the supervisor (Bongeka Fanele) and was told by her that my dad must be there on the 20/09/2013 at 8:00am. I asked here specifically if he must not be there earlier and she insisted he must be there at that time. I have been communicating with him whole morning and at 11.00am he was still not helped and twenty people in front of him. I am actually annoyed, as she should have said that he needed to be there at 6.30am as he is still waiting.
I have tried all telephone number as listed below and response thereof:-
021-469 0200/35 (No answer)
021-481 9736/37/40/47 (No answer)
021-944 7700/30/35/52 (Mail box full)
021-940 7130 (Ringing -no answer)
I have sent a letter to the Customer service and Bellville branch on the 20/0913 but to date to reply. i have also left a message on your website (02/10/13) and no reply. Between Tuesday and today tried more than 10 times on all numbers and no answer.
