Very slow response or none at all

My father passed in May 2013. In July FNB Trust Menlyn was appointed executors to his estate. A letter was e-mailed to us app Roeline Huyshamen as the exec and that we should not hesitate if we have any questions. Well needless to say, you send e-mail after e-mail with no response until my sister was so lucky to get her to answer the phone. When she was told to please answer our e-mails cause we felt left in the dark with no guidance as was promised. At one stage my sister dared go to their office with out a appointment and she was told they could not see her cause she has no app and my sister stated that how could she make an app if they don't answer their phones. Their response was that they were understaffed and that was said on their way back from a farewell party. Don't make your problem the clients. As far as the property is concerned nobody told us we as beneficiaries are responsible for appointing an agent to sell the house. I was at their offices and was asked about the house to which I responded I will leave it for them to sort out and nothing was said to me. 3 weeks after this my sister inquired about it and then only did they tell us about thi responsibility.
